Time Limit: Most distributor returns must be requested within 30 days shipping date.
Condition: Items must be un-used, undamaged, and in their original packaging. Protective plastic dipping on cutting edges may be removed for inspection without voiding the policy.
Exclusions: Custom-made or modified standard cutting tools are strictly non-returnable.
Restock Fees: Approved returns for customer ordering errors or non-defective overstock typically incur a 15% restocking fee.
Freight Costs: The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a distributor shipping error or a confirmed manufacturing defect.
Authorization: An RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) or RGA number must be requested and approved before sending items back.
