Product Features:
- The OptiMill®-Uni-Wave corner milling cutter was specially developed for roughing steel and cast iron. Due to its innovative cord profile, it enables very short chips and very good chip removal. An uneven tool pitch favours smooth running and reduces vibrations. The five-flute cutter impresses with up to 25 percent higher process efficiency compared to a four-flute cutter.
Tool Form:
'R' form tools are the classic end-mill shape, with straight sides (flanks) and in this case a flat tip with generally sharp corners. This form is the most common of all, and perfect for prismatic features.
