Product Features:
- The MEGA-180°-Drill has a 180° point angle and a special bevel to produce a flat bore base. Due to its four-bevel geometry and the resulting very good guidance in the bore, the MEGA-180°-Drill achieves optimum roundness and surfaces in the bores. In addition, polished chip flutes ensure optimum chip transport. The MEGA-180°-Drill is also suitable for drilling and piloting on inclined surfaces of up to 45°. Due to the flat tip, the radial forces are reduced compared to conventional 140° drill tips.

Tool Form:
'R' form tools are the classic end-mill shape, with straight sides (flanks) and in this case a flat tip with generally sharp corners. This form is the most common of all, and perfect for prismatic features.
